E-mail Privacy
Your email address will only be used within LRC. LRC does not share, sell or rent email addresses to anyone outside the organization. Our primary goals in collecting information is to provide you with smooth, efficient, and customized experience, to send you information upon your request, and to thank you for your generosity as a donor. Use of IP Addresses and Cookies
A unique number called an IP address identifies every computer on the internet. Each time you connect to the internet your machine is assigned an IP address. An IP address is a number that identifies each sender or receiver of information that is sent in packets across the internet. LRC uses you IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer the LRC website. “Cookies” are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you prefer, you can edit your browser options to block them in the future. LRC uses cookies to maintain user session identity, and, in some non-member areas, to store your username and password locally for ease of access.

LRC may also collect certain demographic information about visitors to through the use of cookies. LRC only uses this data to improve the overall website and for internal business purposes.

Site/Membership Registration Forms
LRC’s website registration forms require users to give us contact information (such as name and email address), method of payment, and demographic information. LRC my use customer contact information from the registration forms to send the user information about LRC. The donor/customer’s contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. Information regarding method of payment is collected for payment or donation, registration and to process services.

LRC operates and maintains social networking pages and venues on the websites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Google Business, and YouTube. From time to time, LRC may import comments and/or posts from these thirdparty websites to our website. If you post to any of the LRC’s social networking pages on the third-party websites, you are providing information, at your own risk, to the public and a public form. LRC may spotlight or use these postings on our website or in print/electronic media without notice or compensation to you. Policy Towards Children
LRC is concerned about the safety and privacy of children who use the internet. Although we encourage children to learn more about our organization and opportunities to learn more about their community, we encourage that this is done with parental supervision. Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information without verifiable parental consent, we will use our best efforts to remove such information from our files.
