Payment, Fees, & Insurance

It Takes Courage to Seek Help.

We want to honor that courage with some answers to common questions about our payments, fees, and insurance.

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we are able to offer a sliding scale pricing model for our clients based on their unique financial situation. If you are unable to afford the full cost of counseling, we leverage our “Client Subsidy Fund” to help offset those costs.

We help find a price per vision that fits your needs based on individual circumstances, number of dependents, and household income.

The Life Renewed Counseling Sliding Pricing Scale

Insurance Plans We Accept

While we currently only accept the following providers, we are continually working to add more providers to help those in need. We leverage donor-supported scholarships to make our fees as low as possible for those who need financial assistance.

If your insurance plan is not listed below but you would still like to receive counseling, please schedule a consultation anyway. Our team will work to find a payment option that works for your specific situation.

Our Late Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

Sessions are reserved for you, and you are responsible for payment for that time.
There is no charge for sessions canceled 24-hours prior to the scheduled appointment. However, those canceling less than 24 hours will incur a charge to the client’s credit card on file. Refunds for these late fees are not given. Repeat “no-show” or “late-canceled” appointments could result in the termination of treatment.

Insurance companies, EAP providers, or other responsible third-parties do not accept claims for missed or unused appointments. You are responsible for the payment of late appointments at the rate you are scheduled.
