Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we are able to offer a sliding scale pricing model for our clients based on their unique financial situation. If you are unable to afford the full cost of counseling, we leverage our “Client Subsidy Fund” to help offset those costs.

Our Late Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy
Sessions are reserved for you, and you are responsible for payment for that time.
There is no charge for sessions canceled 24-hours prior to the scheduled appointment. However, those canceling less than 24 hours will incur a charge to the client’s credit card on file. Refunds for these late fees are not given. Repeat “no-show” or “late-canceled” appointments could result in the termination of treatment.
Insurance companies, EAP providers, or other responsible third-parties do not accept claims for missed or unused appointments. You are responsible for the payment of late appointments at the rate you are scheduled.
