Managing Our Stress During COVID-19

Social distancing is affecting us more than we may have anticipated. During these times, make sure you do a mental health check-in with yourself and your loved ones. Turn off the TV/News and be still for a few moments. Pay attention to your mussels and your heart rate. Practice deep breathing. And don’t forget to connect with your loved ones. Whether they are at home or you have to facetime them, talk! Let’s finally use our technology to truly connect with those we care about or have not seen in some time. And last but defiantly not least, pray. Pray for your own stress and fear and for those around you. We are indeed in this together.
